FalconRock is looking for a Senior Manager to join our growing People & Change team.
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Manager, you’ll lead the way in building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful completion of engagements. Partnering with strategic clients, you’ll help them manage risk, solve complex business problems, and implement cutting-edge solutions through analytics, automation, and innovative methods.
You’ll identify new business opportunities, develop projects, and establish lasting relationships within the community as a brand ambassador for FalconRock. Additionally, you’ll mentor and develop teams, ensuring seamless execution of project work plans.

- Demonstrated experience in full-scale organizational design and workforce planning for M&A, scaling, and transformations.
- Identifying cost efficiencies in organizational structures and labor models.
- Conducting skills assessments for strategic workforce planning and transformation.
- Crafting talent strategies for recruitment, pipelines, succession planning, engagement, and leadership development.
- Strong business development skills, including proposal generation, sales targets, and client relationship management.
- Transitioning companies from job-based to skills-based organizational models.
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and workforce optimization with a background in change management.
- Establishing long-term business relationships and professional networks, including senior executives.
- Successfully pursuing and expanding client relationships through business development opportunities.
- Effectively communicating issues, risks, and challenges to clients, including executives.
- Leadership experience in supervising teams, conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and motivating staff.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years of experience in Security Consulting, Security Engineering/Development, or Program Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with secondary expertise in Visio and program management tools.
